StoryCare sessions are spiritual direction sessions focused on specific moments in your life story. Prior to each StoryCare sessions, Sierra will send you a couple of story-sharing prompt options. The prompts will give you an opportunity to reflect on specific moments in your life story. Choose one you'd like to work with, and spend some time reflecting prior to your session, and then share your story during the session. As in a traditional spiritual direction session, Sierra will listen attentively and ask questions that encourage deeper thinking and spiritual growth. ​​
