Life is beautiful and heartbreaking.

In ballet, dancers spinning in fast pirouettes are trained in “spotting,” or focusing on a visual anchor for as long as possible before whipping their head around and fixing their eyes on the anchor again. This helps prevent dizziness and maintain balance.

In the dance of life, finding and maintaining an anchor is also crucial. For me, this anchor has been God.

Although my understanding of God and my understanding of myself, others, and all creation in connection with God has **grown** evolved over time, God is the constant that has kept me secure in my own beautiful and heartbreaking life.

I’m here to help you spot your anchor. To help reestablish your connection after a dizzying spin. To help you nurture that connection. I’m here to provide a warm and welcoming space to support you in your spiritual growth.
